De hecho, la ciudad de Alfaro ha sido se\u00f1alada por el Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana como ejemplo del proyecto para la Agenda Urbana Espa\u00f1ola entre los municipios de 5.000 y 20.000 habitantes del pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la recuperaci\u00f3n del entorno natural del r\u00edo Alhama, para la que se opta a tres millones de financiaci\u00f3n, en el marco del Plan de Acci\u00f3n de Alfaro se han planteado distintos proyectos para los que tambi\u00e9n se trabaja en la obtenci\u00f3n de fondos europeos Next Generation: la rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica del complejo del Jos\u00e9 Elorza, un programa de actuaciones de rehabilitaci\u00f3n en barrios, una propuesta tur\u00edstica del Gobierno de La Rioja para la localidad y la participaci\u00f3n de centros de la ciudad en el programa Escuelas hacia la Sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.larioja.com\/comarcas\/alfaro\/recuperacion-alhama-opta-20220525185416-nt.html\">Ver noticia completa<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ayuntamiento de Alfaro ha realizado una jornada informativa sobre su Plan de Acci\u00f3n Local que se enmarca en el programa Agenda Urbana Espa\u00f1ola.
