cotidiana de la poblaci\u00f3n, debido al desarrollo y el acceso a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Sin embargo, todos estos avances se ven empa\u00f1ados por la falta de recursos y conocimiento de ciertos n\u00facleos de la poblaci\u00f3n, conocida como \u201cbrecha digital\u201d.<br \/><br \/>La participaci\u00f3n en el proyecto Smart Rural, garantiza un asesoramiento por parte de distintos t\u00e9cnicos, as\u00ed como la transferencia de informaci\u00f3n con otras aldeas, para el desarrollo de estrategias inteligentes que permitan promover el desarrollo del municipio a trav\u00e9s de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y herramientas consiste en formar parte del proyecto \u201cSmart Rural\u201d, un proyecto apoyado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, que permite acceder a un grupo de trabajo dirigido por distintos t\u00e9cnicos durante dos a\u00f1os y medio que ayude a implementar estrategias inteligentes que permitan promover el desarrollo del municipio a trav\u00e9s de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y herramientas digitales<\/p><p>El desarrollo de esta acci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 poner freno a la despoblaci\u00f3n del municipio, facilitando el acceso al conocimiento de competencias digitales que permitan a la poblaci\u00f3n adaptarse a los nuevos cambios en el modelo de sociedad. Dada la versatilidad de la tecnolog\u00eda digital, existe una gran variedad de aplicaciones a las que se puede trasladar, siendo capaces de aportar grandes cambios sobre la sociedad.<\/p><p>La posibilidad de formar parte de este proyecto garantiza:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0El apoyo y asesoramiento especializado de expertos para la elaboraci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias inteligentes, integrales y participativas relacionadas con la innovaci\u00f3n digital.<\/li><li>Intercambio de conocimiento transnacional entre los hom\u00f3logos de otros pueblos seleccionados a trav\u00e9s de visitas, reuniones o talleres.<\/li><li>La posibilidad de participar en el intercambio y capacitaci\u00f3n con otras aldeas participantes a trav\u00e9s de eventos organizados.<\/li><li>As\u00ed mismo el municipio ganar\u00e1 visibilidad en los debates e intercambios a nivel europeo, lo que supondr\u00e1 un mejor posicionamiento de cara a recibir futuras llamada \u201cEspa\u00f1a vaciada\u201d, fruto de la despoblaci\u00f3n como consecuencia de la emigraci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes a otras ciudades del entorno en busca de nuevas y mejores oportunidades.<\/p><p>La actividad empresarial del municipio se encuentra limitada dentro del sector agrario y agroalimentario, lo que resulta insuficiente para catalizar el conjunto de poblaci\u00f3n activa, que cuenta con estudios superiores lo que provoca que los habitantes del municipio acaben emigrando a otras localidades que cuenten con mayores oportunidades laborales.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, un mayor conocimiento de las herramientas digitales, permite a los ciudadanos una participaci\u00f3n activa, as\u00ed como la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites a trav\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica evitando desplazamientos.<\/p><p>Todo ello permitir\u00eda corregir la llamada \u201cbrecha digital\u201d existente debido a la falta de formaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n en el programa \u201cSmart Rural\u201d, tiene los siguientes objetivos:<\/p><ul><li>Recibir orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo t\u00e9cnico en todos aquellos asuntos relacionados con el sector digital.<\/li><li>Conseguir fomentar una transferencia de informaci\u00f3n y conocimiento entre aldeas con caracter\u00edsticas similares.<\/li><li>Capacidad para obtener ayudas de financiaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p>Una vez recibido ese asesoramiento, el desarrollo de las propuestas recibidas, tiene como objetivo final:<\/p><ul><li>Atraer y fortalecer un n\u00facleo de poblaci\u00f3n estable.<\/li><li>Fidelizar a la poblaci\u00f3n estacional.<\/li><li>Potenciar la calidad de vida y facilitar la
